Shipping of Physical Products

Currently, Leaders Behind Modernity primarily sells digital products. However, if physical products (e.g., books or merchandise) are offered in the future, the following shipping terms will apply:

Shipping Delays

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital downloads, including the HYBRID ebook, once the file has been accessed or downloaded. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will address any issues as follows:
